No, you do not need both products. This product is different because it is a mousse and has less treatments than the LiceLogic Clear & Free Shampoo. It is typically good for treating one to two people, including follow up treatments.
How many treatments are in each bottle
Each bottle contains up to 5 treatments of highly concentrated formula, depending on length and thickness of hair to be treated. For very long and thick hair, the LiceLogic Clear & Free Shampoo is recommended.
How should I use LiceLogic Clear & Free Lice & Nit Eliminator Mousse?
Our mousse is easy to apply, gentle on the hair and scalp, and can be used as often as needed to easily rid lice infestation in any stage of development. Safe for repeat and daily use, LiceLogic Clear & Free Lice & Nit Eliminator Treatment Mousse can also be used if lice exposure is simply suspected.
You can also use our lice zapping mousse as a quick spot treatment to target areas of the hair and scalp with a high concentration of nits; which are often found in small clusters towards the front of the head, behind the ears, and nape of neck. Anywhere you find nits, apply and massage a handful of this mousse into the area, and leave in hair until the next wash. This will stop the lice eggs from going on to hatch into baby lice, which are also called nymphs.

Ingredients: Purified Water, Proprietary Enzyme Blend, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Saccharomyces Lysate Extract, Citric Acid, Polysorbate-20, Mentha Piperita Oil (Peppermint Essential Oil).
How To Use
Simply massage into the hair and scalp for 15 minutes. Can be used on dry, damp, or wet hair. Create a lather to ensure total coverage. Detangle hair with regular comb or brush to eliminate tangles before starting the nit combing process. Use our LiceLogic Clear & Free Eliminator Nit Comb to gently comb out lice and nits directly on top of the product, starting at the root in one continuous motion to the end of hair. Comb out in small sections to remove head lice and nits. Then clean comb. Repeat as needed until hair is nit-free and lice free.
